Serious breaches can skip steps.","When an account is suspended, its attack fleets still on their way out are recalled and its Open Market listings are removed.","While suspended, the account can't be played, and its planets are protected: nobody can attack, spy on or send transports to them. Fleets that were already on their way when the suspension started still arrive. Suspended players are marked on the galaxy view and in the highscores.","A suspended account stays locked until its owner signs in and unlocks it, even after the suspension has run out or been lifted on appeal. That way nothing happens to the account while they're away.","When a suspension has run its course, the player unlocks the account by confirming they won't break the rules again, accepting that any further infraction means a longer or permanent ban. If a suspension is lifted on appeal, the player just confirms they'll play by the rules.","A permanently banned account that isn't successfully appealed within 14 days is deleted: its planets are removed, freeing their positions, and it leaves the highscores.","Resources, ships or points gained by breaking the rules can be removed from every account involved.","To appeal, email support within 14 days of the sanction.
